Bob Seaton is the vision behind Monogram Homes. Bob started out as a plumbing apprentice then moved onto carpentry, working for custom home builder Jim Paul.
After working for other companies, Bob realized he wanted to do things his way. Eleven years ago, Bob created his own dream of Monogram Homes – where customers are more than monthly numbers and goals.
DANIELLE BAKER
HOME DESIGNER
Danielle Baker is the home designer for Monogram Homes. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in interior design.
Using our 3-D design software, Danielle will customize the virtual home of your dreams. She will walk you through your virtual dream home, as well as help with the exterior and interior product selection of your home.
AARON SEATON
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Aaron Seaton is the Operations Manager for Monogram Homes. He has a business degree from The Ohio State University, with a focus in real estate and urban analysis.
He decided to join Monogram Homes after working as a manager for a manufacturing facility. Aaron schedules the construction phases and ensures your home building process runs smoothly.
OUR PROCESS
1. Introduction to Monogram Homes
Your first meeting will be with Bob. He will discuss with you the philosophy of Monogram Homes. You will get your first glimpse of how your home building journey will be and can tell Bob the vision of your dream home.
2. Design Ideas
Your second meeting will be with our designer, where you will discuss your design ideas with her. After your meeting she will take your ideas and create a home designed for your lifestyle .
3. Design Review
Once she has completed the drawing, you will meet with us again to review your true custom home on our 3-D design software. This will be a virtual tour. A representation of what your completed home will look like.
4. Price Review
After you confirm your design, we will meet with you to show you the pricing of your true custom Monogram Home.
5. Make an Investment
After finalizing your dream home to be exactly what you envisioned, you will come into our office and sign an agreement committing to let Monogram Homes build your true custom home.
